Shipping Times
We are dedicated to ensuring your order reaches you as quickly as possible. To keep things simple, each product page includes estimated shipping times for your reference. Most orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days and typically delivered within 14 business days, unless otherwise specified.
While we strive to meet these timelines, occasional delays may occur that are unfortunately beyond Restoraform's control. We understand how frustrating this can be and kindly ask for your patience and understanding during such instances. Your support means the world to us, and we genuinely value your business.
Cancellations
To cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase to receive a full refund before your order ships. Our support team is available during business hours via the chat feature in the bottom right corner. You can also email us anytime at support@restoraform.com. We're here to help!
Exchanges
We’re happy to assist with product exchanges if needed. Please note, customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to returns or exchanges.
Due to the significant increase in freight shipping costs, returns are subject to a 20% cancellation fee in addition to return shipping charges. However, if you’d like to exchange your product for a different item, we may be able to help cover some of the costs, depending on the product. However, please be aware that some manufacturers do not accept returns, and certain products are non-returnable. We kindly encourage you to carefully review the product details before finalizing your order.
How to return a returnable product(s):
Start by emailing support@restoraform.com to determine whether your purchase is eligible for return.
- Items eligible for return must be sent back within 30 days of the order date.
- To qualify for a refund, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for a refund.
- Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping for items that are not damaged.
- When returning your items, please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
All our product manufacturers provide a guaranteed warranty, ensuring you receive a fully functional, high-quality item at no additional cost. For more information, please refer to the warranty details on each product page.
Damages
It is essential to carefully inspect the packaging of your item(s) upon delivery. If you notice any damage, please document it at the time of signing for the package.
Should your item(s) arrive damaged, we’re here to help with an insurance claim. Simply email the following details to support@restoraform.com:
- Clear photos of the damage, the box, and the SKU.
- A brief description of the issue.
To ensure freight damage claims remain valid, all photos and videos must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery. Any punctures or visible exterior damage should also be reported within this timeframe.

Warranty
Warranties vary by manufacturer, so please review the specific product pages for detailed information. Please note that any item delivered damaged must be reported to support@restoraform.com within 30 days; otherwise, it will not qualify for a warranty claim.
BOGO Promotions
For “Buy One, Get One” (BOGO) promotions, both items must be returned to qualify for a full refund. If only one item is returned, you are eligible for either a replacement of that item or store credit equivalent to its standalone purchase value. Please note that if your order has already shipped, you will be responsible for return shipping costs and, depending on the manufacturer, a potential restocking fee. Refunds will only be processed back to the original credit card used at the time of purchase.

Chargebacks

That said, we must address the issue of fraudulent chargebacks. Any customer found filing a fraudulent chargeback will be held legally accountable for theft. If you haven’t received your product or have encountered an issue with a product you did receive, please reach out to us directly. We’re here to help and are confident we can resolve your concerns together. Filing a chargeback for issues we can easily address only complicates the process unnecessarily.

By making a purchase from Restoraform, you confirm your acknowledgment of the following:
- I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to thoroughly inspect the package upon delivery. If any damage is discovered, I will document it with photos and notify Restoraform within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
- I understand that for any refund or exchange, I am responsible for covering both the return shipping costs and the shipping fee for a replacement product.
- I agree that returned products must be in their original, unopened, and unused condition. Additionally, a restocking fee may apply.
- I understand that once my order has shipped from the warehouse, I am no longer eligible for a full refund.
- If I choose to return my order after it has been shipped, I accept responsibility for return shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees, which are typically around 25%, depending on the product.
